AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

These Automatic Renewal Terms (“Renewal Terms”) apply to all recurring membership programs offered by Super Save, Inc., doing business as Super Save Fuel, Super Save Car Wash, and Super Save Mart (collectively, “Super Save,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including memberships purchased through our websites, mobile applications, third-party car wash management platforms (including Washify, ICS, DRB, and similar providers), pay stations, kiosks, customer service representatives, and participating retail locations.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ENROLLING IN A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS.

1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH UNTIL CANCELLED.

BY ENROLLING IN A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, YOU AUTHORIZE SUPER SAVE TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDED AT ENROLLMENT FOR THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES OR GOVERNMENTAL FEES, UNTIL THE MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED.

2. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in a membership program, you expressly authorize Super Save to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Charges will continue automatically unless and until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that recurring charges may continue indefinitely until cancellation is properly completed.

3. MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Membership pricing is disclosed during enrollment.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Membership pricing may vary by location, membership level, promotional offer, or vehicle type.

4. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP FEES

Super Save reserves the right to change membership pricing, fees, benefits, or program features.

If a membership fee is increased, Super Save will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice through one or more of the following methods:

• Email notification
• Mobile application notification
• Text message notification
• Website posting
• On-site signage

Continued participation after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be completed at least five (5) days before your next billing date.

If a cancellation request is received fewer than five (5) days before the next billing date, the next monthly charge may be processed and the cancellation will become effective at the conclusion of that billing period.

6. METHODS OF CANCELLATION

Membership cancellations may be completed through the following methods:

   Customers may visit a participating Super Save Car Wash location during normal business hours.

Super Save may require reasonable information necessary to verify account ownership before processing a cancellation request.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION

Upon successful cancellation, membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

No future recurring charges will be assessed after the cancellation becomes effective.

8. NO PRORATED REFUNDS

Except where prohibited by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable.

No prorated refunds, credits, or partial-month reimbursements will be provided for:

• Partial usage
• Non-use
• Vacation periods
• Temporary inability to access services
• Vehicle repair periods
• Membership cancellation during an active billing cycle

9. RETAINABLE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Upon enrollment, customers may receive a receipt, electronic confirmation, membership record, email confirmation, mobile application confirmation, or similar transaction record containing:

• Membership information
• Recurring billing authorization
• Membership pricing
• Cancellation instructions
• Renewal information

Customers are encouraged to retain these records for future reference.

10. PAYMENT FAILURES

If a recurring charge is declined or rejected:

• Membership benefits may be suspended
• Membership access may be terminated
• Outstanding balances may remain due

Super Save may attempt to reprocess authorized charges using the payment method on file.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

Super Save reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Unauthorized use
• RFID misuse
• Account abuse
• Payment fraud
• Violation of membership terms

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Super Save may modify these Automatic Renewal Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice methods.

The most current version will be available through Super Save websites and customer service channels.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR MEMBERSHIP, RECURRING BILLING, CANCELLATION, OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY SUPER SAVE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

15. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN:

• CLASS ACTIONS
• COLLECTIVE ACTIONS
• MASS ACTIONS
• REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS

16. ELECTRONIC CONSENT

By enrolling electronically, signing electronically, clicking acceptance buttons, checking agreement boxes, using a mobile application, or completing a transaction through a kiosk or pay station, you agree that such actions constitute your electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of these Terms.
