  1. PURPOSE

This Cancellation Policy applies to recurring membership programs offered by Super Save, Inc., doing business as:

  • Super Save Fuel
  • Super Save Car Wash
  • Super Save Mart

(collectively, “Super Save,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This policy explains how customers may cancel membership programs and how cancellation requests are processed.

  1. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Customers may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation requests are subject to the timing requirements outlined in this policy.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of membership fees already paid.

  1. HOW TO CANCEL

Customers may cancel memberships using one of the following approved methods:

By Telephone

during normal business hours.

In Person

Visit any participating Super Save Car Wash location during normal operating hours.

A Company representative may request information necessary to verify account ownership before processing a cancellation request.

  1. INFORMATION REQUIRED

To process a cancellation request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Name
  • Membership account information
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle information
  • License plate number
  • Payment method verification
  • Other reasonable identifying information

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay processing.

  1. CANCELLATION DEADLINE

To avoid the next monthly membership charge:

Cancellation requests must be completed at least five (5) days before the next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than five (5) days before the next billing date:

  • The next recurring charge may still occur.
  • Membership benefits may remain active through the paid billing period.
  • Cancellation will become effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
  1. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION

A cancellation becomes effective when:

  • The request is verified,
  • The request is processed,
  • The membership status is updated in Company systems.

Customers should retain any confirmation information provided.

  1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AFTER CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise required by law:

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

After expiration of the paid period:

  • Membership access terminates.
  • RFID privileges terminate.
  • Membership benefits terminate.
  • Recurring billing stops.
  1. REFUNDS

Except where required by law:

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Super Save does not provide:

  • Partial refunds
  • Prorated refunds
  • Partial-month credits
  • Credits for unused washes
  • Credits for temporary non-use

Examples include:

  • Vacation periods
  • Vehicle repairs
  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Customer relocation
  • Reduced usage
  1. EARLY CANCELLATION FEES

If a specific promotional membership program includes an early cancellation fee, such fee will be disclosed at enrollment.

Where applicable:

Early cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with the membership agreement accepted by the customer.

If no early cancellation fee is disclosed during enrollment, none shall apply.

  1. FAILED CONTACT INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for maintaining current:

  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Vehicle information
  • Account information

Super Save is not responsible for failed delivery of cancellation confirmations resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.

  1. PAYMENTS AFTER CANCELLATION

If a cancellation request was timely submitted and properly processed, future recurring charges should not occur.

Super Save will investigate reported billing issues.

  1. MEMBERSHIP ABUSE

Super Save reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately for:

  • Fraud
  • RFID misuse
  • Membership sharing
  • Unauthorized vehicle use
  • Payment fraud
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Violation of Membership Terms

Termination for cause does not create entitlement to refunds unless required by law.

  1. TEMPORARY SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Temporary interruptions caused by:

  • Weather
  • Maintenance
  • Equipment repairs
  • Utility failures
  • Safety concerns
  • Events beyond Company control

do not constitute cancellation and do not create entitlement to refunds or billing credits unless required by law.

  1. CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

Super Save may provide confirmation through:

  • Printed receipts
  • Email confirmations
  • Customer service records
  • Membership account records
  • Mobile application records

Customers are encouraged to retain cancellation confirmations for their records.

  1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

This Cancellation Policy should be read together with:

  • Automatic Renewal Terms
  • Membership Terms
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy

In the event of a conflict, the Automatic Renewal Terms control recurring billing matters.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Super Save reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise required by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

  1. ARBITRATION

Any dispute relating to membership cancellation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions.

  1. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Customers waive participation in:

  • Class actions
  • Collective actions
  • Representative actions
  • Mass actions

relating to membership cancellation disputes.
