IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN ANY RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.

By enrolling in a recurring membership program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Automatic Renewal Terms.

These Automatic Renewal Terms are incorporated into and made part of the:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Membership Terms
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cancellation Policy

2. APPLICABILITY

These Automatic Renewal Terms apply only to memberships that automatically renew.

These Terms do NOT apply to:

  • One-time purchases
  • Single wash purchases
  • Prepaid memberships that expire at the end of a fixed term
  • Promotional non-renewing memberships
  • Fuel purchases
  • Convenience store purchases

Unless specifically disclosed otherwise.

3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

FOR RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS:

YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING DATE.

BY ENROLLING IN A RECURRING MEMBERSHIP, YOU AUTHORIZE SUPER SAVE AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO CHARGE YOUR DESIGNATED PAYMENT METHOD ON A RECURRING BASIS UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

4. BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you expressly authorize Super Save and its authorized service providers to:

  • Store payment credentials where permitted;
  • Process recurring payments;
  • Process renewal charges;
  • Process applicable taxes and fees;
  • Process updated payment information provided by you.

Billing may occur through:

  • Washify
  • ICS
  • DRB
  • Payment processors
  • Future authorized vendors

5. RECURRING CHARGES

Recurring membership charges shall occur at the rate disclosed during enrollment.

The amount charged may include:

  • Membership fees
  • Applicable taxes
  • Government-imposed charges
  • Other disclosed fees

The recurring charge amount will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

6. BILLING FREQUENCY

Unless otherwise disclosed during enrollment:

  • Memberships renew monthly.
  • Charges occur approximately every thirty (30) days.

Certain programs may utilize different billing intervals as disclosed at enrollment.

7. ENROLLMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

At the time of enrollment, customers shall be provided with notice that:

  • The membership automatically renews;
  • Charges will continue until cancellation;
  • The amount to be charged;
  • The billing frequency;
  • Available cancellation methods.

Enrollment may occur through:

  • Pay stations
  • Washify applications
  • ICS applications
  • Company websites
  • In-store enrollment
  • Other authorized enrollment channels

Electronic acknowledgments, signatures, checkboxes, and confirmations shall constitute valid acceptance.

8. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Customers may cancel recurring memberships at any time through authorized cancellation methods.

Current cancellation methods include:

Where available through:

  • Washify
  • ICS
  • Other approved applications

As made available by Super Save.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Cancellation requests received before the next billing date shall prevent future renewal charges.
  • Membership benefits generally remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

No additional renewal charges should occur after a valid cancellation request has been processed.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring membership status;
  • Maintaining current contact information;
  • Maintaining valid payment information;
  • Reviewing billing statements;
  • Initiating cancellation requests if they no longer wish to participate.

Failure to use membership benefits does not automatically cancel a recurring membership.

11. PAYMENT FAILURES

If a recurring charge cannot be processed:

  • Membership benefits may be suspended;
  • Membership benefits may be terminated;
  • Payment may be reattempted where permitted by law.

Super Save may contact customers regarding failed payments.

12. CHANGES TO PRICING

Super Save reserves the right to change recurring membership pricing.

Where required by law, advance notice of material pricing changes will be provided.

Continued participation after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

13. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Super Save may:

  • Modify membership offerings;
  • Modify benefits;
  • Modify pricing;
  • Modify billing procedures;
  • Modify enrollment methods;
  • Modify technology platforms.

Changes become effective as disclosed by Super Save.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED AVAILABILITY

Membership programs may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

Super Save does not guarantee perpetual availability of any membership offering.

15. REFUNDS

Except where required by law:

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial-month refunds are generally not provided.
  • Unused benefits generally have no cash value.

Refund decisions remain within Super Save’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

16. PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS

A prepaid membership:

  • Has a fixed term;
  • Expires at the conclusion of that term;
  • Does not automatically renew unless the customer separately enrolls in a recurring membership program.

Enrollment in a prepaid membership does not by itself authorize recurring billing.

17. TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

Certain recurring membership functions may be administered through third-party systems.

Such providers may include:

  • Washify
  • ICS
  • DRB
  • Payment processors
  • Future service providers

Use of such systems may be subject to separate terms and policies.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER SAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;
  • LOST PROFITS;
  • LOST REVENUE;
  • LOSS OF USE.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

19. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes relating to recurring memberships shall be governed by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained in the Super Save Terms & Conditions.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Automatic Renewal Terms shall be governed by Illinois law.

21. MODIFICATIONS

Super Save reserves the right to modify these Automatic Renewal Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in a recurring membership constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
