This Cancellation Policy applies to recurring membership programs offered by Super Save, Inc., doing business as:
(collectively, “Super Save,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This policy explains how customers may cancel membership programs and how cancellation requests are processed.
Customers may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation requests are subject to the timing requirements outlined in this policy.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of membership fees already paid.
Customers may cancel memberships using one of the following approved methods:

In Person
Visit any participating Super Save Car Wash location during normal operating hours.
A Company representative may request information necessary to verify account ownership before processing a cancellation request.
To process a cancellation request, customers may be asked to provide:
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay processing.
To avoid the next monthly membership charge:
Cancellation requests must be completed at least five (5) days before the next scheduled billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than five (5) days before the next billing date:
A cancellation becomes effective when:
Customers should retain any confirmation information provided.
Unless otherwise required by law:
Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
After expiration of the paid period:
Except where required by law:
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Super Save does not provide:

If a specific promotional membership program includes an early cancellation fee, such fee will be disclosed at enrollment.
Where applicable:
Early cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with the membership agreement accepted by the customer.
If no early cancellation fee is disclosed during enrollment, none shall apply.
Customers are responsible for maintaining current:
Super Save is not responsible for failed delivery of cancellation confirmations resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.
If a cancellation request was timely submitted and properly processed, future recurring charges should not occur.

Super Save will investigate reported billing issues.
Super Save reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately for:
Termination for cause does not create entitlement to refunds unless required by law.
Temporary interruptions caused by:

Super Save may provide confirmation through:
Customers are encouraged to retain cancellation confirmations for their records.
This Cancellation Policy should be read together with:

Super Save reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise required by law.
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any dispute relating to membership cancellation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Company’s Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
