SUPER SAVE CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy governs cancellation procedures for membership programs offered by Super Save, Inc., including recurring memberships and applicable prepaid memberships.

This Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and made part of the:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Membership Terms
  • Automatic Renewal Terms
  • Privacy Policy

By enrolling in a membership program, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. MEMBERSHIPS COVERED

This Cancellation Policy applies to memberships purchased through:

  • Washify
  • ICS
  • DRB
  • Pay stations
  • Mobile applications
  • Company websites
  • In-store enrollment
  • Customer service enrollment
  • Other authorized enrollment channels

Membership offerings may vary by location.

3. CUSTOMER RIGHT TO CANCEL

Customers may cancel eligible memberships at any time using one of the authorized cancellation methods described below.

Cancellation requests are generally effective before the next renewal billing cycle if submitted and processed before the next scheduled charge.

4. AUTHORIZED CANCELLATION METHODS

A. Mobile Application Cancellation

Where available, customers may cancel through:

  • Washify applications
  • ICS applications
  • Other authorized applications

Customers should follow the instructions available within the applicable application.

B. Telephone Cancellation

Customers may cancel by contacting:

Customers may be asked to verify:

  • Name
  • Vehicle information
  • Membership information
  • Contact information

before cancellation is processed.

C. In-Person Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation in person at participating locations.

Customers may be required to provide identifying information sufficient to verify account ownership.

D. Other Authorized Methods

Super Save may offer additional cancellation methods from time to time.

Such methods may include:

  • Customer portals
  • Email requests
  • Online account management tools
  • Future technology platforms

where made available by Super Save.

5. PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS

Prepaid memberships generally:

  • Have a fixed expiration date;
  • Expire automatically at the end of the purchased term;
  • Do not require cancellation unless otherwise disclosed.

Unless separately enrolled in a recurring membership program, prepaid memberships do not automatically renew.

Expiration of a prepaid membership does not constitute enrollment in a recurring membership.

6. RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

Recurring memberships continue until cancelled.

Customers remain responsible for recurring charges until a valid cancellation request is received and processed.

Failure to use membership benefits does not constitute cancellation.

Failure to visit a location does not constitute cancellation.

Failure to update vehicle information does not constitute cancellation.

Customers must affirmatively request cancellation.

7. CANCELLATION PROCESSING

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, Super Save or its service provider will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation promptly.

Processing times may vary depending upon:

  • Enrollment platform
  • Membership provider
  • Payment processor
  • Technology provider

Customers should retain any cancellation confirmation provided.

8. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATIONS

Where available, cancellation confirmations may be provided through:

  • Mobile applications
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Customer service representatives
  • Other authorized communication methods

Customers are encouraged to retain cancellation records for their files.

9. BILLING AFTER CANCELLATION

Provided a cancellation request is received and processed before the next scheduled billing date:

  • No future recurring membership charges should occur.

If a cancellation request is submitted after a billing cycle has already been processed, membership benefits may continue through the end of the paid period.

10. REFUNDS

Except where required by law:

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial-month refunds are generally not provided.
  • Unused washes generally have no cash value.
  • Unused membership benefits generally have no cash value.

Refund determinations remain within the discretion of Super Save unless otherwise required by law.

11. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

For security purposes, Super Save may require reasonable verification before processing cancellation requests.

Verification may include:

  • Vehicle information
  • License plate information
  • Membership information
  • Contact information
  • Account information

Failure to provide sufficient verification may delay processing.

12. TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

Membership administration may be performed through:

  • Washify
  • ICS
  • DRB
  • Payment processors
  • Other service providers

Cancellation processing may therefore depend in part upon the functionality and availability of such systems.

13. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION BY SUPER SAVE

Super Save reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abuse of benefits
  • Unauthorized use
  • Chargebacks
  • Policy violations
  • Illegal activity
  • Threatening conduct
  • Safety concerns

Termination by Super Save does not necessarily entitle a customer to a refund.

14. NO WAIVER

Failure by Super Save to enforce any provision of this Cancellation Policy shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER SAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;
  • LOST PROFITS;
  • LOST REVENUE;
  • LOSS OF USE.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes relating to cancellation, membership status, billing, renewal, refunds, or membership administration shall be governed by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained in the Super Save Terms & Conditions.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

18. MODIFICATIONS

Super Save reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in membership programs constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
