SUPER SAVE CAR WASH MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  1. AGREEMENT

These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in any Super Save Car Wash membership program offered by Super Save, Inc., doing business as Super Save Fuel, Super Save Car Wash, and Super Save Mart (“Super Save,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Membership Terms apply to memberships purchased through:

  • supersavefuel.com
  • mobile applications
  • Washify
  • ICS
  • DRB
  • kiosks
  • pay stations
  • employee-assisted enrollments
  • participating Super Save locations
  • other approved enrollment channels

By enrolling in a membership program, you agree to these Membership Terms.

  1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Membership benefits are determined by the plan selected at enrollment.

Membership plans may include:

  • Unlimited wash programs
  • Monthly wash programs
  • Promotional memberships
  • Fleet programs
  • Special promotional offerings

Membership benefits are available only while the account remains active and in good standing.

  1. WASH FREQUENCY

Unless otherwise stated in a specific membership plan:

Members may receive up to one (1) wash per registered vehicle per day.

Unused washes:

  • Do not accumulate
  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable

Super Save reserves the right to establish reasonable operational limitations necessary to prevent abuse.

  1. REGISTERED VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

Memberships are valid only for the vehicle registered during enrollment.

Memberships may not be used for:

  • Multiple vehicles
  • Replacement vehicles not updated in Company records
  • Borrowed vehicles
  • Commercial vehicles unless specifically authorized

Customers must promptly notify Super Save regarding:

  • Vehicle replacement
  • Vehicle sale
  • Vehicle transfer
  • License plate changes
  • Windshield replacement
  • Membership identifier issues

Failure to update vehicle information may result in service denial.

  1. RFID TAGS AND MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFIERS

Memberships may utilize:

  • RFID tags
  • RFID stickers
  • License plate recognition
  • Barcodes
  • Mobile credentials
  • Other Company-approved identification technologies

All membership identifiers remain the property of Super Save.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall not:

  • Remove RFID tags
  • Alter RFID tags
  • Relocate RFID tags
  • Share RFID tags
  • Transfer RFID tags
  • Tamper with RFID tags
  • Duplicate RFID tags
  • Circumvent membership technology

Membership identifiers may only be used on the registered vehicle.

  1. LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION

Certain locations may utilize License Plate Recognition (“LPR”) technology.

Where LPR is used:

  • Memberships may be verified through vehicle license plates.
  • LPR may be used to prevent fraud.
  • LPR may assist in customer service and operational efficiency.

Not all locations utilize LPR technology.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED RFID TAGS

Customers must immediately report:

  • Lost RFID tags
  • Damaged RFID tags
  • Malfunctioning RFID tags

Replacement fees may apply.

Super Save reserves the right to inspect vehicles before replacing membership identifiers.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

Membership abuse is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

  • Sharing memberships
  • Using memberships on multiple vehicles
  • Transferring membership credentials
  • Manipulating RFID devices
  • Circumventing wash restrictions
  • Misrepresenting vehicle information
  • Fraudulent enrollment activity
  • Improper chargebacks

The examples above are illustrative and not exhaustive.

  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

Super Save reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud.

The Company may:

  • Review account activity
  • Review transaction records
  • Review RFID activity
  • Review LPR records
  • Suspend services
  • Terminate memberships

Where permitted by law.

  1. CUSTOMER VEHICLE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether their vehicles are suitable for automatic car wash equipment.

Before entering the wash:

Customers should remove or secure:

  • Antennas
  • Bike racks
  • Roof racks
  • Cargo carriers
  • Trailer hitches
  • Decorative accessories
  • Temporary attachments
  • Loose items

Customers are responsible for following:

  • Posted instructions
  • Employee instructions
  • Safety warnings
  1. VEHICLE CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Vehicles should not enter the wash if they have:

  • Loose body panels
  • Loose trim
  • Existing damage that may worsen
  • Improperly secured accessories
  • Unsafe modifications

Super Save reserves the right to deny service where safety concerns exist.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR VEHICLE CONDITIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Save shall not be responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Improper repairs
  • Prior accident damage
  • Aftermarket modifications
  • Loose accessories
  • Improperly secured
